Heard so much about these steaks we decided to try them. Thoroughly enjoyed the T-Bones!
They are delicious. Seasoned both sides with Kent Rollins all purpose seasoning seared at 500 both sides then moved to right side with burner turned off for 20 mins till temp was 140
Ordered two Ribeye's and a Prime Rib Roast for my sons birthday. They arrived frozen and were packed well. He said everything was delicious. I just placed another order. Customer Service is amazing.
WOW! While we haven't cooked any of this up yet, we did receive this package very quickly from order date/time and it was packaged over the top well and product frozen!
